What Does ActiveRain Mean to You? April 2022 Challenge

This Is No April Fool! AR's April Challenge is Here!


It has officially been 11 years since we have had a challenge, asking members to share in both writing and in pictures, what ActiveRain means to you. This time, let’s go for a collage to demonstrate, adding 350 words to describe your collage.

 

ActiveRain is and always has been about our wonderful community of real estate professionals - from agents to inspectors, attorneys to stagers, broker/owners and other real estate related professionals across the spectrum.  We believe that it will be interesting to hear what ActiveRain truly means to you.

Margaret Rome Baltimore 410-530-2400 and I are announcing a COLLAGE challenge for the month of April.  "A collage?" you ask.  Yep, a collage! According to Wikipedia, a collage is any art or "assemblage" made of  "different forms, thus creating a new whole."  

So, let's hear it - what does ActiveRain really mean to you?

Need a refresher course on collages?
Our fabulous Kathy Streib spent a lot of time, putting together a wonderful tutorial on both Google Slides & Ribbet for us. I have used collages for marketing on social media in the very recent past (Ribbet and Canva) and the learning curve is almost flat! You will love her tutorials.

  • Tell us what ActiveRain means to YOU in a collage and with 350 or more words in a post.
  • By the end of the month, share your collage as a graphic/digital image. *Use the featured image for ease of uploading.
  • Submit a link to your post in the comment section below BY APRIL 30, 2022 @MIDNIGHT PST.
  • Be sure to keep the content of your collage within the ActiveRain Community Guidelines.
  • You will be awarded 1,500 points for your participation.

No, I sent the correct link for the "Collage Course" and what does Active Rain mean to me in my April contest entry. It is entitled the "American Dream"  https://activerain.com/blogsview/5727926/the-american-dream which coincides with Weltanschauung: the guiding principle of my blogging platform host, Active Rain has as it's 3rd Guiding principle which is what Active Rain has always meant to me:


"We believe that home ownership is a positive force for social good. ActiveRain is committed to empowering real estate professionals so they can help people achieve the dream of home ownership."


In the post I explain why Home Ownership in the US is still the "American Dream". This is what Active Rain means to me and the impression that I project to  my readers.


The Collage was also presented and Active Rain was prominently displays.
