Monday! Monday! Can't Trust That Day!!!

I think this is the first post in which I revealed a serious flaw of mine...my extreme distaste for Mondays...notice I didn't say...hate...I'm trying to eliminate the use of that word from my vocabulary...

Now, this week is a four day work week what with the fourth of July falling on Friday!!! That, of itself, makes Monday a little bit more palatable...

So, eventually, the only thing I'll really hate is sin!!! Not the sinner, just the sin!!!

Now, the first piece of business I saw this morning was a question on 'Sheriff Sales' from a local gentleman looking to become an investor! After my usual cautions against this particular pasttime (sheriff sales), I tried to point the poptential investor more in the right direction, offering some general tips and hints on how to get started...of course this included the possible use of a competent real estate attorney...always a good suggestion...

Which brings me to my next universal tip for all, investors and buyers included...why not seek the assistance of a seasoned buyer's agent for all your real estate purchase needs...you get professional experience, knowledgeable market information, and the seller pays for the service...what a win/win...

But don't call one on Monday...they're usually kicking back from an exhausting work weekend!!!
