But then you added the rest.  My mind stuck on "...Kissing the earth with your feet".  When I first got to Sedona full-time, I had difficulty adjusting to the energy. I learned that I must walk and meditate with bare feet in the grass or on the earth.  It would help connect all the energy between Mother Earth, myself, and the Universe above.  It worked.  I really think it was feeling the earth with bare feet and no shoes that allowed a more focused connection. Happy Monday.

Loved your post Alexandra and the older I get the less tolerant I find myself with phony people, less tolerant I find myself with ignorant and stupid people... so it is really  hard for me to be kind to jack assess any suggestions?:)Endre

The  fundamental basic basis is to be kind or to be mean.
