Villas NJ. It is a strictly residential town with the majority of it's workers being the "Blue Collar" variety. It is also an area where people from out of State purchased summer homes in the 1950's and 60's, because they were so affordable.
This town borders on the Delaware Bay, and is divided into it's east and west portions by Bayshore Road. The Villas is probably one of the last great undiscovered areas for Real estate in South Jersey. Properties can still be had for less than $200,000. Of course, the properties adjacent to the bay will command significantly higher prices, but overall this area is still a compelling value.
