Such a fun challenge being offered by Debe Maxwell, CRS and Margaret Rome Baltimore 410-530-2400. The most difficult part for me in participating was finding photos to use for the collage, haha. I am definitely not an expert collage maker but I followed the instructions provided by Kathy Streib and voila. As an added bonus, perhaps I will have a prize for the person that can name the most, if not all of the Rainers in the photos!!!
In thinking about what ActiveRain means to me, it is most definitely the people. I interact daily with others in the Rain and we have a lot of fun while developing a friendship. I have been lucky enough to meet quite a few Rainers over the years whether it be through a group meetup or an individual lunch get-together. I visit the San Diego area from time to time and can always count on a nice meetup with others that are in the Rain that have become friends over the years.
When I originally joined ActiveRain back in 2010 I never thought that I would actually become friends with so many others that participate. I joined for the SEO which never really happened but perhaps one day it will come to fruition, haha. Is 12 years too long to hold one's breath or nah?
I look forward to many more years of playing in the Rain with my friends whether the SEO side of things ever comes about. The relationships that I have built mean more to me than any amount of business ever will. I also hope that I will get to meet many more of you in the near future. If you are going to be in the Phoenix area, you better let me know!
