The 20 units are rather larger than most condo complexes in the French Quarter of New Orleans. There are 2 and three bedroom units between 1200 sq. ft. and 1600 sq. ft. There is secure garage parking with a remote controlled gate. Features include interior balconies, parking, lush courtyard, swimming pools, great interior and exterior views. The exposed brick, French doors, spacious floor plans, high ceilings gives you the historic feel. They feel like Warehouse District Condos with amenities and luxury parking.
The complex was awarded a 1995 Award for Architectural by the Vieux Carre Commission. Lots of balconies and Decks overlooking the parking inside the complex.
A purely by chance finding is the the Chartres pattern was built in 1201 which is the address of the condos on Chartes. This is an odd fact that I found when researching the condos.
The complex is not far from Jackson Square, Royal Street, Frenchmen Street, French Market and the Mississippi River. It has a great location for the French Quarter.
