The Power Behind an ActiveRain Blog
Since January of 2009, ActiveRain has been part of my daily marketing / advertising routine. Participation, presence and repetition pays off in the form of industry connections, likemindedness and friendly relations. If there is a question that needs answered, fellow members gladly respond.
Another member sent a referral in the same year I joined because she saw me here in the Rain. The power behind this forum goes far beyond just business though. Knowledge, inspiration and civility prevail here along with sincere professional relationships. Some have turned into friendships.
Thanks to Lynn B. Friedman CRS Atlanta, GA 404-939-2727 for our first virtual attempt in the Atlanta Buckhead MeetUp back in 2013. Have been blessed to meet some ActiveRain Superstars when visiting Georgia, like Alicia Gibson, then to Arizona with: Anna Banana Kruchten CRS, Phoenix Broker, Jan Green, Carol Williams (who was visiting) and also Candice A. Donofrio in Fort Mohave! Not to mention, seeing everyone in zoom meetings.
The power of ActiveRain means something different to everyone but for me, it is like coming home to a trustworthy, dependable, reliable place. All these years, my blog has been about:
- family matters
- client relationships
- funny, humorous stories
- motivational driven posts
- real estate tips and advice
- back yard gardening posts
- gaining business from my SOI
- fellow realtors in the local market
- market reports, local stats and sales
- trusted real estate tips and advice
- finding a balance between work and play
The AR blog forum means communicating with potentially thousands of people. That's power! From real estate driven market reports, ethics issues, conversations that can lead to some spicy interactions (in the Q & A) between bloggers, I am guaranteed to be informed or entertained daily.
Passing on invaluable knowledge gained here to others, is a way to show gratitude towards everyone who has contributed to the overall success of ActiveRain. Thanks to all fellow bloggers I have met in person and virtually through the years. You've got the power of ActiveRain behind you. I feel it.
