I first spoke to them at the beginning of 2021 when they weren't sure when they would be ready to sell. As I was expecting, we did receive multiple offers within two days of listing. Some were cash, some conventional loans, and the buyer who came without his agent was getting a VA loan. All the offers were above the list price of $539,900. My seller clients were reluctant about the VA offer based on what they heard from their friends and family as well as what they read online. I personally had a very good feeling about this buyer. After much talking, they did accept his offer. The home was sold for $550,000.
