I live by the "4 agreements" which is a great book by Carlos Ruiz(I still work at it every day we are humans and I see myself more focused every day!)
- Honor your word-be a person that follows thru and always say what you are going to do.
- Don't take anything personal-the majority of time whatever someone else says is a problem of their reality not yours.
- Don't make assumpsions- When we assume we clutter our brain with useless sometimes meaninless stuff that most of the time is not even real.
- Always do your best- This is something that can be taken litely but to really do your best is a task that is not as easy as it appears,ask yourself at the end of the day"Did I do my best?"
