Wordless Wednesday…Tiny Homes
Tiny homes have always intrigued me. Not for me…I’m from Texas and need my space. However, I am always interested in how someone actually lives in them.
When we were in FL, I saw these tiny homes at Green Cay in Boynton Beach. While some were temporary only, they were their homes and provided them comfort, shelter, and safety.

I remember when I lived in Texas, I had a 4000 sqft home. We decided it was larger than we needed so we downsized to about 2300sqft. Our friends all called it our Cute little Tiny House...it is all perspective. haha

Hi Kathy it is fascinating to me where some animals make their home. Tiny, for sure! A few years back a dove family made a nest in a very flimsy bush we have growing by the front porch. Not up on top where it would be more secure but rather in the middle where we could see the babies in plain view. Not a very safe place. We tried to go out the other door as much as we could so as not to disturb the Mom and babies. Never saw another nest in that spot again - thankfully.

I feel lucky as we have many hummingbirds in our yard due to all the blooming bushes. The little babies are so adorable! So tiny!!

Kathy Tiny Homes are very popular in the 20-30 some age group here in Los Angeles...in all fairness when I was in my 20's a one bedroom one bath room Dorm room was sufficient for me too.... as I grew older I discovered hoarding and learned I needed more space:))Endre
Those are definitely tiny homes! I can handle being in a camper for a weekend - as long as the weather is nice and I can stay mostly outdoors. I would not want to live in a tiny home. My feet are too big! (And yes, I have way too much "stuff.")
We downsized to a smaller home, and we are quite happy with it. But, the tiny homes would not be for me. I do well in our 38' trailer for camping but would never want to live full time in it.
