The market does not always go up with breathtaking speed as it has been doing. It is way past time for a correction. Does that foretell the bursting of a bubble? I do not think so. I think the market will slow but prices will continue to increase, at a slower pace, until the imbalance of homes for sale and the amount of willing buyers comes more in balance.

The signs of "cooling down" are all around us.  We just need to be paying attention so we can advise our buyer and seller clients accordingly.
