The direction of how well our day goes can very well be set the moment we get out of bed! Do you dread getting up? What is the first thing you think when you role out of bed?
Are you alive and vibrant saying something like, "Lord thank you its morning!!" Or are you more likely to say something like this in an uninspired voice, "Good Lord its morning...oh no."
I now say something like this, "Lord thank you for this day! Wow! It's a great day! Give me strength and energy and be with me today! Thank You!"
From there I keep the positive self talk going. A little later in the morning I speak a declaration and here is how it starts:
"Wow, what a great day to be alive, around me are bountiful opportunities, before me are endless possibilities, within me is the one who has infinite power and behind me....well, who cares. I'm succeeding in a great way and it's getting better day by day. Anything good that can happen will happen, and it will happen at the best possible time."
There is much more and I will continue to share that in the next several days! I must say that these words that I speak over myself and my day are a blessing and they give me a great feeling of faith and expectancy to start me day!
