Good morning, Wayne Martin that is how I feel as well, the best time to buy or sell is when you are ready to buy or sell.  Making a decision after having a few adult libations might not be the best though, haha.

Good morning, Nina Hollander, Broker even though the numbers show a certain week that is the best time to sell doesn't mean that all other times are the wrong time to sell, haha.  I also agree that the best time to sell is when someone is ready to sell.

Those who want to list need to do it as quickly as possible. I had a client who took a year to get the house ready to sell.  Well, by waiting, she made over $100,000 more!  Those days have passed.

When you are ready is usually the best time. I've never been one to believe in the traditional spring market hype. From a home staging point of view, preparation and presentation are far more important than timing.

I completely agree with you Sharon Tara and in my mind, there is not a bad time to list your home for sale when you are ready.  There is a different audience for every season.

I wonder if it will ever go back to May be one of the best months to do so. Probably not. On a separate note, have you heard about the new ADA lawsuits for not having your website readable by people who are vision impaired. The fix is by the page they do and the cost for 5 pages is $6,000. Maybe time to retire, cheers cvc
