Live-cam set up at 320 Hanauana Rd, Haiku Maui HI

Hi Georgie... my experience with buyers is that they don't like homes with cameras installed in them. I've actually had buyers refuse to go into those homes. Our MLS requires that if we list a home with live cameras, we need to disclose that up front.

Georgie Hunter R(S) 58089 - I can understand surveillance cameras on vacant properties but when selling, I don't think it is a good idea and I have known buyers pass on a good listing because they discovered they were on camera.
