Live-cam set up at 320 Hanauana Rd, Haiku Maui HI

So this 2 acre lot is for sale and it's hard to see it if you don't live on Maui.  The seller had a brilliant idea to install a live streaming camera from his house next door so potential buyers can appreciate the sunrise and moonrise views over the ocean.  Take a look and let me know what you think...

That's the lot for sale just past the banana plants - the grassy open space where you might see a few goats grazing.

320 Hanauana is zoned Agricultural and you can raise some farm animals, grow some fruit trees, and live very sustainably, right here on the best island in the world.

Can you hear the birds singing?  It's a very quiet location out in the countryside along the road to Hana.  On days with big surf you might even be able to hear the ocean!

Hi Georgie... my experience with buyers is that they don't like homes with cameras installed in them. I've actually had buyers refuse to go into those homes. Our MLS requires that if we list a home with live cameras, we need to disclose that up front.

That's a beautiful photo. I'll have to come back later to check out the video since it's the middle of the night there at the moment!

Good morning Georgie. I am not a "live-cam" fan. That said, congrats on your new listing. Your second photo, has me thinking about "room to roam" and privacy given the current political climate. Enjoy your day.

That is pretty cool and I will have to try to remember to come back and check for the beautiful sunrises and sunsets that will be captured!

Georgie Hunter R(S) 58089 - I can understand surveillance cameras on vacant properties but when selling, I don't think it is a good idea and I have known buyers pass on a good listing because they discovered they were on camera.

Enough of that, how are you? I really love that photograph with the sheep. I hope you are doing well.
