👨‍💼Waiting Usually Hurts

Good morning, Nina Hollander, Broker sometimes people need to learn things the hard way, haha.

There still seems to be more demand than there is supply Joan Cox which usually indicates that prices will not decrease.

I don't like to push people in any direction or have them rush into a decision Wanda Kubat-Nerdin - Wanda Can! but in this market, they need to be aware that if they want something, they can't wait to make an offer.

That is definitely the advice that I give all buyers in this market Kathy Streib if they wait, they will lose out.

I am thinking that everyone should know this George Souto unless they have been iving in a cave, haha.

I hate missing out on opportunities Grant Schneider and it hurts to look back after we have missed out.

That is why my advice is always the best time to buy or sell is when you are ready to buy or sell Endre Barath, Jr..  I bought my home in 2008 which wasn't the best time, but I was ready to buy and still came out smelling like a rose. 

Hindsight is always 20/20 and hopefully, those fence-sitters learned their lesson and when they are ready next time, they will get off the fence Buzz Mackintosh
