Early morning construction 'start time' being made a bit easier with the setting surrounding Bonners Ferry, Idaho this particular morning after previous night rains.
Showing up early morning to an outside construction site is tough. You know you will be in the weather no matter the conditions. Wet, rain, wind, hot...does not matter, you will need stay working all day.
And construction days are normally at least 10 hour days when working on streets and highways.
So Kudos to the Highway 95 - Main Street workers in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. They started early April as soon as day temps, for the most part, were above freezing and continue on thru the rains, common to North Idaho, this time of year.
