Live Baltimore Spring Trolley Tour

Are you thinking about buying a home in Baltimore City but not sure which neighborhood or what Baltimore City has to offer?  The Live Baltimore Trolley Tour is a great place to start.

The Spring 2022 Trolley Tour is being held on Saturday, May 14 from 8:30 am until 1:00 pm at Baltimore Polytechnic Institute located at 1400 W Cold Spring Lane on the corner of Falls Road.  

On the tour, you will explore 10 neighborhoods, sit in on expert-led workshops, and become eligible for one of 20 $5000 grants toward the purchase of a home anywhere in Baltimore City.  

The Trolley Tour is for buyers at all stages of the homebuying process.  You do not need to be buying a home soon to benefit from this free, informative event.  All attendees (children and adults alike) must have a ticket to attend.  Get your tickets here.

Kris Collis, Associate Broker Live Baltimore is a nonprofit organization that promotes living in Baltimore City and its goal is to encourage people to move back to Baltimore.  So, twice a year they host a Trolley Tour to showcase homes in certain neighborhoods in the city.  This is a local Baltimore City thing.
