Let's Talk about Rivers Bend a condominium community in the Torresdale section of NE Philadelphia. This is a pet-friendly condo community. These are what some people would call twin quads with a contemporary flair. The majority are two-story condos but you can find one story units
Each unit 2BR 2Baths B unit which are 2nd floors having lofts overlooking the LR & dining area - there may be extras like FP or added Bath or huge closets
Then there are A units which are First-floor units they also have 2BR, 2 Bath, and 1/2 Bath+ laundry on the lower level which also has access to the yard.
Both A & B units have a driveway and a garage - B unit has its laundry next to the garage on the lower level unless they moved it upstairs
Now let's take a look at what is happening in the Real Estate Market
There are two settled SOLD B units and Two A units Under contract
If you read my posts you know we cannot discuss any under-contract prices. This is because if for any reason it does not close / go to settlement and it would go back on the market, we cannot disclose the price the seller will take or the terms they have excepted.
