At many of Long Island communities, residents can enjoy maintenance-free living where there is a monthly fee that covers the common areas, clubhouse, landscaping, snow removal and a more leisure lifestyle.
Remaining on Long Island to be close to family and friends, plus liking the location is why many 55 and over adults are staying and looking for a more manageable lifestyle on Long Island. We are also finding that many are returning to Long Island and are looking for the convenience at one of our 55 and Over communities.
