You will also now find Oakwood Homes & Antero Homes building in Tollgate Crossing. There are now some townhomes in the neighborhood also. With many pocket parks throughout the neighborhood, it's not uncommon to see neighborhood families with kids playing and enjoying the Colorado weather. Living in Tollgate Crossing you have retail outlets at Southlands Mall, retail and hospitals close but don't have the traffic you would expect in Denver. Homes in this neighborhood were built from 2004-to 2019. This neighborhood is located in the Cherry Creek School District. You will find this neighborhood in the zip code 80016.
