This is what WE did! 

We listed both of these properties at the end of last week.
You may have seen our "For Sale" posts? 

We had an Open House ( the first one in more than a couple of years!) 
at 949 Old Plantation in Hagley Estates on Saturday.  Our clients had a narrow window for showing the home-  so we took advantage of the weekend and opened up the house!  It worked out great for our sellers and the many buyers and neighbors who came out to see the house and visit us!

under contract this morning!

Our listing at 92 Safe Harbor on the East side of the 17 in Pawleys had a good couple of days of showings and multiple offers.  The sellers accepted one of those offers on Sunday! It is also under contract
