I want to add that Big Mac cost 55 cents in 1972 when I first arrived in the US! What a treat! 😋

Hi Anna,
I thought the prices were interesting.  I'm glad I bought my first house when I did (1973)!  It was my 21st birthday present to myself. 😊

Hi Aura Alex
I do love a Big Mac but I only have one about every 5 years. It's a days worth of calories in one meal. LOL

Interesting I remember when we came to the US in 1967 homes in CT were going for $4,000 to $6,000 range and in all fairness gas per gallon was about .25 cents and I remember my father panicking in the early 1970's as he read an MIT article that home prices will be skyrocketing.... BTW he bought his home for $41,500... won't tell you the interest rates:)) they were double digits... I am having flashbacks...Endre

I am working on my presentation for our June 21 Zoom meeting.  I was originally thinking of doing an overview of NAR's new "Bias Override" class dealing with Fair Housing. Then, I started wondering if it might be better to spend a few minutes on each of the NAR designation/certification courses in general.  Which would you prefer?
