TRADITION FARMERS AND FLEA MARKET

The area of Tradition, an association of many neighborhoods, hold various events.

Property owners in Tradition are Members of this Association, along with being Members of their individual neighborhood homeowners associations. The Master Association is responsible for the operations and maintenance of various common areas throughout the Community, including the Tradition Dog Park and Tradition Town Square.

Saturdays, the area is filled with  booths of crafts and local Florida produce, meat, and beer.  

On the first Friday of the month Tradition hosts The Invasion of the Food Trucks.  Here you have an opportunity to take the different foods of many local cooks.

Many come from the neighborhood including this guy  below.

I am looking forward to the upcoming Memorial Day Weekend here.

Grant I used to love going to Flea Markets and enjoying the interaction of the sellers and lookers:) now when it comes to Farmers Market I used to love them as well... it has been too long for both since I have been to one... many excuses, time etc... Endre

Endre - I love the fresh produce at the farmers market.  Also had local meat and, of course, seafood.

Good morning Grant. There is a large Flea Market in Stuart that has been there for years. Back in the late 70's people wandered barefoot and holding a cold beer at 8:00am in the morning. It is such different now! Sometimes miss the old days. Enjoy your day.

That looks like a great little market and if the produce is fresh from the farm without pesticides or chemicals then that is what I would want to buy.

Kat - yes have a nice backyard pool picnic at my sister's house.

Wayne - Florida was a different place then.  I have been visiting since long before that.

Brian - I think that you can be sure that it is.

Michael - oh yes, I think I can ponder on that.

Joan - won't buy much at all.  Those do freak my daughter out.

Nina - the dog park is expansive around the lake.  Nice to walk without dogs too.

Will - have fun.  I hope that the weather is good.

Sheri - I enjoy memorial day here with my sister, brother, and families.

George - don't know maybe it was old stuff gathering fleas.

Larry and Sheila - I remember some great farm stands on the east end of Long Island.
