Make your Michigan home more appealing for potential buyers with these quick and easy tips.
1.) Trim bushes down and trees up so they don't block windows and cut down on light.
2.) Open shades and drapes to let the light in! People don't like gloomy houses.
3.) Buy a new doormat, get a new front door knob.
4.) Re-paint the front door in a glossy, cheerful color that compliments the exterior color. or at least re-varnish the front door.
