“Self-Build Construction Loans”

Thank you so much for your help! I am so delighted that I came across a blog you wrote about doing a self-build construction loan. As I shared previously, I spoke to numerous banks and mortgage brokers, all said no. I wasn’t giving up, I wanted to build my own home. I wasn’t willing to hire a contractor and end up paying an extra 20% of cost. Every dollar I can save during this process means a lot.
As I shared with you, it is not what you know, but who you know. I have a ton of buddies in the “trades”. Having already owned the land, the only thing left was to build. You made that happen, we are indebted to you.
We will be back in touch when we get near the end, so that we can start the end loan process.
Constructing a new home is not for everyone, that’s for sure, but for some it is a wonderful solution as you can see from the email that I received from a client. They will save themselves about 20% and that is some serious money. These folks estimated they are saving about $60,000 and getting the home that they want, rather than settling.
