I have seen this home listed in my hometown of Mahwah...isn't it a short sale situation and if so...since you all are short sale specialists...must the njmls and listing be marked that it is a short sale? I have one about to list with short sale implications so... I thought I would ask. Great photos by the way....

Thanks Sal --- I have read the blog on short sales, however, it still is not really clear from our mls point of view....when...it actually becomes the short sale. We have had a couple of differences in each sale that I have been aware of ...most of which is due to the bank's processes. Your blog does help but...it still is not cut and dry. Thanks again for your help. ;) P
