Hi Joan Cox - The advantage to this lot (besides the views) is the hard work has already been done. There is $128,000 in improvements, so remove the guesswork.  We had a property in Sedona on the main highway that required 3 years of excavation because they hit solid rock.  It drained the owner's resources.

Hi Grant Schneider -  I had a limited idea of how that property could be developed architecturally.  I didn't think of building above the block wall level with the street which is another option.  Of course a deck, or piers off the edge would also add to the property.  As you stated, lots of possibilities.

Hi Carla Freund - Thank you.  This is the high desert. The landscape (flora and fauna) is different than you might find in the Sonora Desert where Phoenix is located. When it is clear, you can see the peaks in Flagstaff and the red rocks of Sedona.
