I must admit this week I really did not get much shopping done. I went to dinner with a friend and I had some fried calamari & fried shrimp it was delicious when I ate it, but I woke up in the middle of the night sick as a dog. I heard of people getting food poisoning before but It had never happened to me. It took me quite a few days to feel myself again. Fried food not going to be on my menu again.
I was glad that I had purchased soup at Dollar Tree it was Campbells Kitchen Classics - I hope they have more it was perfect and delicious $1.25 also Arizona green ice tea was $1.25, and they also have a variety of canned goods and salad dressings if you get lucky you may even find Annie's. It may sound terrible, but really check out the frozen food section as I have said many times the garlic toast is a steal if you can find it. When I needed them their reading glasses are the best all for the bargain price of $1.25 Crest toothpaste can also be found there so is Secret Deoderant $1.25
Last week I stopped at TJmax being the shoe freak that I am, I walked right back to see what they had. This was a very small TJMAX shop and they were having a sale I found a pair of Steve Madden Girl sandals on sale for $12 with sparkles in my size adorable and super comfortable and Michael Kors Slides for $40 dark blue & white sparkle in my book they were free as I had TJMAX bonus dollars saved. I love slides and sandals in the summer I try to get all my work done in the early morning and evening. Summer is here time for fun in the sun. Don't get me wrong, I work hard, but I love the summer. My office is right across from the pool.

Now let's talk Real Estate the market has not changed. There is a shortage of listings and personally in my opinion, not enough housing. Everyone is trying to buy a house. Interest rates well I will say there was a time when I purchased a house and interest rates were 19% I managed to get 15% and was so excited.
Don't get me wrong interest rates are nowhere near that today, but they have gone up. There are always options like adjustable mortgages to keep you in the buying market but I do feel awful for anyone, especially first-time buyers. Many are forced to rent at outrageous prices. Every Realtor needs a great Mortgage banker to guide buyers on all their financial options
