Unfortunately, some Realtors have a reputation of being predatory like a wolf. They sit in ambush awaiting unsuspecting buyers to walk into their open house. However, I am blessed in that I have been a Realtor for 31 years in Idaho and most of my business comes from referrals from satisfied clients and repeat clients.
I always hesitated to ask for testimonials from my clients since it seemed braggadocios. However, recently I had a friend ask the question differently and I love it. He asked "What problem did I solve for you?"
I decided to use that question as the framework for the testimonials. Here are my first two reviews after making this change:
I received notice the other day that UPS would be delivering something from Wine Country but had no idea who sent it until it arrived today. It was from a recent past client as a closing gift to me for a change! I am usually the one buying closing gifts for my clients.
Earlier this week, I got an offer accepted for my middle son for his first house. His son, my newest grandson, is too young to type a testimonial, so I am showing this photo which says even more than a written testimonial could . . .
