Ole Glory Coast to Coast - Honoring Memorial Day

Mark Don McInnes, Sandpoint-Idaho - your history of the great State of Idaho is something I am not familiar with but over the years I came to relish the stories you shared, especially those with 'Ole Glory.' I now have a better sense of directions and pride over the directions you pointed out for now I know "Sandpoint Idaho sits on the Northwestern portion of Lake Pend Oreilee. Hope Idaho sits on the opposite or Northeasters side."  

Your blog post gives me clearer focus of how this challenge can benefit others not familiar with the areas in which we live. Thank you for your guidance.

Mark there is no more appropriate place to fly our proud flag than at the site of a memorial honoring or fallen men and women who have served our country.

Mark- thanks to you and your posts, I've learned and have seen more about Idaho than I ever knew.  I'm so glad that you turned around because that view of the lake is so a beautiful way to honor the fallen.

Amazing setting to pay tribute to those Fallen.  The flags waving at this memorial show Hope/East Hope at its finest!

Gosh, Mark, you would never know from the front of the wall there is such a lovely Memorial on the back side. What a lovely setting with the lake in the background.
