Homebuyers: It's looking like the beginning of a chance to purchase a home at a "relatively" reduced price with some opportunities to get some of the terms that you'd like. What a relief!
Sellers: If I were thinking about selling in the short-term, I'd do it now to get the maximum dollar value for your home. If you wait, you might have to flex on the terms AND the price!
