Most of the time much younger than I really am, but then there are those days that are just the opposite!

Good morning Mark - good question.  Age is really a state of mind, right?

Hi Don... when I turned 70 (some years ago, as I'm now closer to 75 than to 70), I told everyone I was celebrating the 30th anniversary of my 40th birthday. Maybe at 75 it will be the 30th anniversary of my 45th birthday!

That is pretty good.  I like it!

Hello Mark,  I still think I am 20 years old and not 71.  I play basketball with my brother grandkids 2 years ago after my brother past away at 70.  I was 69 at the time and they amaze I could still hit long shots and dribble with both hands yet.  It was work out for me for 30 mins.

Mark I turned 70 this year but feel like I am closer to 55-60.  In fact people in that younger age group have a hard time keeping up with me.

Impressive George.  That makes up for me being 55 to 60 and feeling and acting like 70 plus...lol

Hi Mark- I feel late 40s but I'm going to be 73 this year. There are some days when my mind says I'm one age but my body tries to remind me of my chronological age.

I like Grant Schneider 's answer "It's a state of Mind". As I get older it's harder to be a chameleon and blend in with the younger crowds. At 60 , I feel 10 to 20 years younger depending on the day.

Mark, I hope to not get that old that we don't know how old we are.    Just turned 66, and feel really good still.
