Good morning Debe,

I can see why this community attracts so many corporate executives. Sounds like inventory and days on market still down. We are starting to see a few more days on market, a little more inventory (not near enough for our needs) but seeing buyers now expecting house to be well presented and priced at market or they are not making an offer.
