Summer is a great time to slow down and enjoy a few extra laid back days. It's about resting and recharging, but also re-evaluating where you want to be going in life.

That's why, today I have a 5 minute challenge for you.

Have you ever tried journaling?

Below, you'll find my most popular journal prompts. They are thoughtful questions that dig into self-discovery, gratitude, and self-love. You can find more deep questions to ask about life too.

Choose one and spend five minutes answering the question:

What boundary do you need to set for yourself this week?

What do you love about your job?

How can you show yourself love today?

What discovery have you made lately that you are grateful for?

What is one fear that's holding you back?

What is a risk you need to take to get to the next level in life?

What makes you feel energetic and radiant?

What is one bad habit you'd like to stop?

What is one great habit you'd like to start?

With just 2-5 minutes a day, you can...

I have journaled for a long time, and surprisingly found that during the pandemic, when I thought I would journal more, I actually wrote less. I took the time to get out in nature and enjoy that rather than sit home writing. I also took time to meditate and those two things caused me to not write my journal.
