Hi Joan Cox - thank you for revisiting.  I may have mentioned above that I had multiple offers over asking and an accepted cash offer with inspections already completed.  This is the first time I have had the chance to look at the comments. I have been busy is an understatement!  I told Rick I need some help if it continues like this. I got a call for a listing that wants to go on market ASAP and have an Open House on Sunday.  (Another condo that should go quickly) I won't even be able to get it on AR by then, Just enough time for the MLS.

I finally found the Casa in Casta Sheri Sperry - MCNE®!  When I review the search terms used to find my website, seems most consumers use "casa del sol" instead of "casta del sol",  but google understands their common mistake and takes them to Casta del Sol anyways.  Wishing you continued success!
