Burbank, California Homes Sales & Values Report May 2022

On June 16, 2022, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that there were 33 homes sold in May of 2022, unchanged 0.0% from May of 2021, and medium existing home price was $1,35 Million in May of 2022, fell 11.4% from May of 2021 in Burbank, California.

There were 31 active listing homes in May of 2022, declined 20.5% from May of 2021; while home stayed 8 median days on the market in May 2022 in Burbank, California.

John when I came to Los Angeles 27 years ago my first stop was to check out Burbank, because of the Tonight show saying "From Beautiful Downtown Burbank":) did I get a culture shock... in all fairness it has changed a lot since then:))

Hello Endre Barath, Jr. I used to watch Tonight Show at the time I lived in Chicago, after a few days I moved to Los Angeles I went visit Burbank too.I agree, Burbank has changed a lot I remember the mall wasn't there  30 years ago, and Burbank has changed a lot since then. Thanks for the comment.
