Hermosa Beach Home Prices Top $3.0M in May

What a month it was for home prices in the coastal community of Hermosa Beach CA.  The average price of the homes that sold in Hermosa Beach in May topped $3,000,000. What a month it was with the average price at $3,034,211 to be exact.

There were 19 homes that closed escrow during the month and it didn't hurt that one of them sold at $8,500,000.  That home was  beachfront on the Hermosa Beach Strand and definitely pushed up the average sold price.
