AN EVENING WITH THE WESTCHESTER COUNTY LEGISLATORS

Tomorrow night we will have a chance to meet our Westchester County Legislators.  The event will be live at hotel in downtown White Plains.

The New Chair of the Board, Legislator Catherine Borgia and the Vice Chair Legislator Nancy Barr will give an overview of the Board’s 2022 legislative agenda and discuss the work they are doing to prepare for the county’s 2023 Executive Budget.

Members of the Business Council of Westchester will have the opportunity to have conversations with all the members of the Board of Legislature to discuss key issues that affect their businesses.

This has been a quiet year as far as projects but it will be good to resume these yearly events again, the first since 2019.

Hi Grant- this is the kind of meeting or event that I would definitely attend. Years ago the WCR in PB county hosted a luncheon with 5 local mayors. It was one of the most informative and fun events I attended.

Kathy - and now I can watch Port Saint Lucie Board doing the same.  We have a garbage hauler in the city, Waste Pro, that has not performed and is being replaced.

Roy - my weekend was great.  I hope yours was too.

Larry and Sheila - well they know how we feel.  We will see.

Sheri - I always show my support with the Business Council.  We would like to see more business friendly things.

Jeff - as to the first yes.  As to the second, I don't know.  We will see.
