Greenfield is located in Centennial, with some of this neighborhood in the City of Aurora. It is located off Arapahoe Road & Picadilly in the South part of the Metro Denver area. It is located in Cherry Creek School District, which is just one reason this neighborhood is popular!
I like to stay on top of the statistics for the community, and nice to review the numbers every month, or at least every quarter. Most months there are just one or two sales. For May 2022, there were five sales. For this size of the neighborhood, we don't usually see many homes go up for sale in Greenfield or Greenfield Estates.

Average Days in MLS were 13 days (last month was 4 days)
Sellers saw 100.28% to list price (last month 104.12%)
Homes were built from 1997 to 2016
There was a huge surge of buyers out in March desperately trying to secure homes before the rates increased and definitely showed in the offers received, not as much this month. Since the end of March, we have seen a slight decline in the market.
Here are the sales for all of 2021 -
33 homes sold ranging from $490,000 to $875,000 (2020 had 23 sales)
The average Days on Market were 7 days (2020 had 26 days)
Sellers saw 102.35% to list price (2020 was 99.03%)
These homes were built from 1995 to 1999
This neighborhood has a community pool, tennis courts, and a community pond for the kiddos wanting to try out their rod & reel!
