👨‍💼Homebuyer Sentiment According to Fannie Mae

I'm joining the crowd on this one Brian, and while others may listen carefully to what the media writes, I think it's a wait and see.

Brian England it has been my experience that neither Buyers or Sellers can seem to see past the current market as it is. Worse yet many hold on to what was in the past that would now benefit them. 

Hello Brian and will have to see if this is true in the prediction.  I still have my magic 8 ball somewhere, I have to ask it.  LOL

Time will tell. I do think we will see less homes sold but I think prices will stabilize more. We couldn't keep going up 20%+ a year!

Hi Brian - interesting stats and I suppose time will tell.  It's probably time for you and Wayne Martin to discuss this over an adult libation. 

Brian this does not surprise me.  With inventory being so low, and Buyers having their offers rejected offer after offer, it was only a matter of time before the frustration set in, and they decide to take a break from house shopping.

I am seeing those numbers right now Brian England and I can live with those numbers right now 🙂

At this point in time - mid-2022 - sales are dropping in my area because there are (still) so very few homes on the market. I just logged onto the MLS as I do every morning to check on new active (9) and new coming soon listings (1) These are the numbers for 2 counties and all price-ranges! Just 10 new listings!

I have several buyers I've been working with and I have little to nothing to show them. I am hoping that it will change, but I am not seeing any improvement yet.
