Here is the most recent Ahwatukee AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for May 2022:
After decreasing last month, the average sales price of homes in Ahwatukee greatly increased in May. The average sales price increased from $646,948 in April to $701,285 in May. This was the largest increase in the average sales price in Ahwatukee since March of 2021.
The price per square foot of Ahwatukee homes, however, has increased for the fifth straight month, going from $273/sf in December of 2021 to $313/sf in May. The average sold price per square foot of Ahwatukee homes has increased 14 times out of the last 16 months.
After decreasing to 24 days on market last month, the Ahwatukee days on market increased to 27 in May. Although it has increased from the all-time low of 22 DOM in August of 2021, 27 DOM is still a very low number, and it is obvious that the demand for homes in Ahwatukee remains high in 2022.
