It is located near the end on a dead-end road, which results in a quiet, peaceful and nearly traffic-free way of life. One can imagine a beautiful summer evening with the only sound coming from wind chimes tinkling on a light breeze. 
As with many lots in this community, the land is sloped and somewhat rocky, and a future home will need to take the hill into consideration when coming up with building plans. A look at how some of the nearby neighbors overcame these challenges might stimulate some ideas for how you might want your own custom home to look.
A potential buyer did just that, spoke to a builder, and now has taken possession of the property. So it's too late to purchase this one! The property was listed at $150,000.
