Have a referral for you. One of my mortgage brokers from Connecticut has a client that is buying a second home in Vermont, near one of the ski resorts. I told him I have someone that is licensed in all of New England. I don’t remember the purchase price, but remember him telling me that the condo fees were over $1500 per month. He is sending me all his contact information and will forward it to you.

Being licensed in multiple states has its advantages. Keep in mind if you need a mortgage in any of the 8 states I am licensed in, I can assist you.
