You're so right! The past 6 months have seen dramatic changes in our business.  In South Florida, it's still a sellers' market, but we're sensing a cooling off as buyers are proceeding more cautiously. The frenzy of paying above list, disregarding contingencies, etc. has tapered off. Thanks for reading & taking the time to comment. 🙂
