  Saddle Rock Ridge - Aurora CO is a neighborhood in Southeast Aurora comprised of over 2,000 single-family homes built from 1997 to 2016 by several different builders.  This is one of the largest subdivisions in Southeast Aurora, located within the Cherry Creek School District and close to shopping, hospitals, many restaurant options, and entertainment. 

 

Housing in Saddle Rock Ridge in Aurora is popular with its location close to Southlands Shopping Center with lots of retail options and restaurants, easy access to E-470, and Denver International Airport.   These homes are all located in the zip code of 80015.

This community is usually in high demand, with lots of homes, good prices, Cherry Creek Schools, and such a great location.   Inventory is still very slim (today had 12 listings for a neighborhood of 2,000), so once a home goes on the market, it is pending within the weekend usually.

Hi Joan... a list to sale ratio of almost 105% is nothing to sneeze at even if it's lower than it has been. If I were a home seller I would not be complaining.
