Hi there Cindy!  Thank you! I thought it was pretty smart, as well :) I post it every couple of months on my FB page and HAVE, yes-gotten referrals from it-even if someone isn't moving themselves-they have shared my posts with others-of course, is a timing thing, like anything is-to get to that individual before they go online and find someone-and that's the thing-If moving out of state-they often don't have a connection to a Realtor-Hence why I target them-I tell you, sometimes the referral fees I earn-are more than the commission on one of my own sales :) Just another way to line the ol' pocketbook! It isn't a one and done thing-Try it on your own FB page/s-I have only posted it here a couple of times-and too long ago to remember...I haven't gotten results from this portal-but who knows-I might this time :) Have a blessed day!!!
