Greetings from Spokane! The Spokane, Wa. real estate market statistics are out for July 2022 (reflecting June 2022 over June of 2021 )
The market has shifted, somewhat abruptly - do to the increase in interest rates.
There are more than twice the homes on the market as there was last year at this time, which is great news for buyers, and far less compeition! While many buyers are in "feeze" mode, one suggestions I have is, if it is truly the right time for you to buy a house, you can most likely refinance in the future.
