Running away from my business because I was burned out and that was on me!
I had become so depressed from the burnout I hated my business...hated my clients (not all of them)...hated my work...and most of all hated myself for all of that!

Growing up in the toxic & ultra-competitive environment of NY I was basically raised to be an entrepreneurial sharpshooter that couldn't possibly be enough, achieve enough, or do it fast enough...sound familiar?
...and don't get me started on the paralyzing perfectionism!
When I lost my hero, mentor & big sister Steph to suicide, it woke me up to my power & it set me on a journey of depression, love, healing & wins I never dreamed possible.
I brag It showed me that we must dig deep into the wounds to find the light in life & business.
I brag that "Doing the work" allowed me to heal and devote myself to behavioral and cognitive psychology research which I now leverage to help my students and clients escape their own burnout and get back in touch with their own inner bliss so that together we can all help one another grow, heal, and live with wild abundance and creativity in all that we do because listen...
Like every other solo biz, mine has gone through its twists, turns & pivots.
Knowing myself at a deep, powerful, spiritual level, and then creatively expressing that growth through my products, programs, and services is what growing a coaching business is all about!
