We had this for dinner last night, I forgot how quick and easy it really is!
Easy Manicotti
1 lb ground meat (Turkey, Beef, Veal) cooked and drained
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup water
1 box oven ready Cannelloni/Manicotti
24 oz jar/can of Pasta sauce - or your favourite homemade sauce
1 tub light cottage cheese or ricotta
3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
2 tbs Parmesan Cheese
Mix Ground Meat, Cream of Mushroom Soup and water
In a baking dish, Pour approx 6 oz of sauce until the bottom is lightly covered.
Spoon meat mixture into each pasta shell
Line in baking dish
Cover with Cottage Cheese, Then remaining pasta sauce.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese and Parmesan Cheese
Bake at 350 for 1 hour
