Let’s talk loyalty. Have you ever really thought about how incredibly vital loyalty is in our relationships?
Whether it’s a relationship in our personal lives or those in our business life, loyalty is a necessity in any relationship to be sincere and everlasting. Without loyalty, there is no trust; without trust there truly is no meaningful relationship.
In fact, when explaining our agency agreements to buyers & sellers, I use the term LOYALTY, as I feel the definition of loyalty is one that is universally understood. Now, whether or not people ARE loyal, is another conversation!
loy·al·ty /ˈloiəltē/ - a strong feeling of support or allegiance.
Remember, loyalty is a two-way street. When is the last time you assessed the level of loyalty you are bestowing upon the people in your private life? How about your business life?
My advice, for what it is worth, is to appreciate and treasure those who are loyal to you by making sure you return that same level of loyalty to them - or an even deeper one.
